You appear to be confusing Microsoft with some fictional evil empire, if they actually did what you claim half the board members would end up in jail, what you're saying is just not plausible.

I count 29 tracks (disregarding reverses and reconfigures), i thought there would be more. The Top Gear track could be a game seller though, if they advertise it correctly.
