Every once in a while, you will have the chance to receive a promotion code from one of our World of Warcraft promos. For example, the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game from Upper Deck includes rare loot cards that will provide you with promotion codes for some cool looking or just plain funny items for your World of Warcraft characters. The BlizzCon promotion codes are another example of this type of promo. If you have a promotion code, you can use this page to generate an in-game code that will allow you to retrieve your reward.

To get the in-game code, you will have to select your region and your realm in the code retrieval frame below. Once you've selected the correct region and realm, you can enter your promotion code in the appropriate fields. You will also need to enter the security input in the field below. Make sure that all the information is correct, and then hit submit. This will take you to another page with your in-game code. Write this code down or print it out; you will need it later.

To retrieve your item, log into the game and travel to Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale. There, you will need to find a goblin by the name of Landro Longshot. He usually hangs out by the docks. Try asking other players in town if you're having trouble finding him. When you find Landro, he'll ask you which item your code is for; check your loot card if you're not sure which item that is. Select the item from Landro's list of available promotions, and then enter the in-game code you wrote down (you did write it down, didn't you?). If your code checks out, then Landro will hand you your reward. Congratulations - you are now the coolest player in town!
