The game publisher is offering new downloadable content for its Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game. Film and TV star Olivia Wilde and the actor who portrayed the original TRON character, Bruce Boxleitner, will headline the voice cast for the upcoming video game, TRON: Evolution, in addition to appearing in the highly anticipated December film, TRON: Legacy. Microsoft has pushed back the release of Epic Games' third installment of Gears of War until Fall 2011. The Xbpox 360 game was originally given an April 5 release date by Epic Games’ design director Cliff Bleszinski. This new launch date will give some breathing room between Epic’s other big shooter, Bulletstorm, which is currently still on track for a February 22, 2011 release from Electronic Arts for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. When it comes to videogame movies, Capcom’s Resident Evil remains the most successful videogame-to-film franchise in the world. Sony Pictures fourth film topped the weekend box office with over $27.7 million in the U.S. The number one movie was buoyed by the 3D ticket sales. Of the 3,203 theaters that showed the film over the weekend, 2,062 featured 3D presentations and another 141 venues showed it in IMAX 3D.

Jovovich, who met her husband director/producer/writer Paul W.S. Anderson on the set of 2002's original "Resident Evil," teams with him again for the latest film in which her character, Alice, helps save survivors of a virus that has ravaged Earth and turned some people into zombies and other creatures.
