He's performing the same unfunny material now that he was doing eight years ago. How can he get away with this?

Rich, April 2007

Had me in tears the second he stepped on stage. Needs to bring out a DVD!

JK, February 2007

Overall very good. I don't laugh at some of his stuff I just sit and watch and enjoy. It's hard to explain what i mean... It's all pretty clever stuff. Wouldn't want to see him again for 12 months at least.

colin the courtyard king, February 2007

Just seen him at Malvern Theatre, the best bit of stand up I have ever seen: brilliant material and didn't swear much at all.

Matt D, December 2006

He's dropped the "lucky man" routine but the act is quite similar to the first time I saw him several years ago. That said, I still laughed my arse off last night! The "hide and seek" finale to his act is pure comedic genius.

Steve, September 2006

Saw Steve at Omid Djalili's show in Worthing. I haven't laughed so much in years. I actually think he was funnier than Omid!

Mel Clark, March 2006

Just seen him supporting Omid Djalili at the Buxton Opera House - he went down a storm - I almost rated them on a par. Never heard of him before, but I'd definitely be interested to see him again

Banksy, February 2006

Saw Steve at Rawhide in Liverpool last night, I was laughing all the way through, but i had no idea why. He must have been doing something right, either very clever or mad as a bag of sparrows, and I don't know which.

G Dub, April 2005
