You can see some of Britain's finest comedy talents for free at the recording of TV and radio shows - as well as getting a sneak peak at forthcoming programmes.

Tickets are now available for the following shows. When booking by e-mail, please state which show you wish to attend, the date and the number of tickets you require (four is usually the maximum) as well as your full name, address and daytime telephone number. Sometimes shows have minimum age limits, so check if in doubt.

Please note that you should apply for tickets by clicking the links in the copy. Do not email Chortle, we have nothing to do with these recordings and will not respond to any emails about them.


Harry Hill's TV Burp

Free audience tickets are now available for the 10th series Harry Hill’s TV Burp. The four-time Bafta winner will be back to business as usual, skewering all the funniest, quirkiest, and downright silliest clips from the week’s TV.

To be recorded at BBC Television Centre in West London on October 7, 14, 21 and 28; and November 4, 11, 18 and 25. Doors open 5.45pm.

The One Ronnie

Ronnie Corbett is 80 this year. To celebrate, join him at the recording of a brand new show with some whippersnappers from the current scene including Matt Lucas and David Walliams.

Fast & Loose

Fast & Loose is a new improvisation show from the co-creators of Whose Line is it Anyway? Hosted by Outnumbered and Mock the Week star Hugh Dennis and featuring the best up-and-coming British comedy performers, each episode contains a selection of all-new improvised games and scenes based on material thrown at the performers by the host and audience suggestions.

Recording at TV Centre in White City, West London, on November 26, 27, December 3, 4 and 11.

Showstopper!

Showstopper! The Improvised Musical is a new comedy in which the Showstopper team create a hilarious improvised musical on the spot with the songs, plot and characters based entirely on suggestions from the live studio audience.

Recording at the BBC Radio Theatre in Broadcasting House, Central London, on December 22, January 5, 14, 16 and 30; and February 13.

It Is Rocket Science!

Award-winning comedian and part-time local authority temp Helen Keen loves space rockets. This new Radio 4 space extravaganza features less close-ups of Professor Brian Cox looking cool in front of a rocket than Wonders of the Solar System, but more weird and wonderful stories about the geniuses, Nazis and Satanists who propelled humankind to the stars. It Is Rocket Science! takes you on a whistlestop comic tour of the great brains who put monkeys, ladies, dogs and gentlemen into orbit.

Mark Thomas Manifesto

Comedian-activist Mark Thomas is trying to create a People's Manifesto and wants your help.

As a condition of entry to the recording, audience members will be asked to provide policy suggestions, which Mark will then build the show around. Many will be considered on the night, some will be dismissed out of hand, some will be discussed at the recording and some Mark will actually try to put into practice.

Recording at BBC Radio Theatre in Broadcasting House, Central London, on November 24 and December 3.

The Morgana Show

A new character based comedy sketch show starring Morgana Robinson. Creations include Madolynn, an alcoholic out of work Hollywood actress, and Gilbert, a warm and well-meaning but socially inept teenage boy who is making his own show for the Internet with the help of his granddad.
