Uploading abusive files may result in the immediate termination of the user's ability to use Imgur or any of its provided services. The Imgur website may not load, all imgur-hosted files may not load, and all files related to the abusive files will be subject to deletion. Circumventing Imgur's ability to enforce the Imgur Terms of Service will result in prosecution.

Imgur's image hosting services are free. If User is nice, he or she may decide to donate, in which case Imgur will give he or she a big virtual bear hug in return.
