Property boom in Lebanon
Property markets around the world may have taken a battering, but in Lebanon, construction is still booming.
The country's real estate sector has recorded strong growth for five consecutive years and this year, the number of construction permits issued has jumped another 30%.
But it's not all good news - that boom has pushed up prices and it's left many locals unable to afford a place to live, as Maha Barada finds out in Beirut.
