SATURDAY, SEPT. 18

The Fall Fishing Festival at Ontario Place will offer participating children the chance to reel in some big fish, win a prize and take home a keepsake photo.

Bunch Family Dance Party will be hosting a family-friendly dance fest in the first hour of the Parkdale Prom, at the Queen West Art Crawl.

Doors Open Newmarket will celebrate the historic, cultural and architectural heritage of the province by opening sixteen sites for tours and displays.

Parents and children can learn about the origins of The Harvest Moon Festival (Zhong Qiu Jie), make their own lanterns, participate in the ROM’s lantern parade and enjoy a piece of Moon Cake this weekend.

In Happyview P.S., Mike McMurtry's original and interactive one-man comedy brings you into the world of an elementary school with its hilariously outrageous characters.

The Toronto Zoo is offering up interaction and fun with an exclusive live exhibit, Sharks at Stingray Bay-A Touching Experience, featuring Bamboo and Nurse Sharks as well as Cownose and Southern Stingrays, and horseshoe crabs.
