Rules on careers in Cuba relaxed
The authorities in Cuba have announced a raft of new economic measures designed to boost private enterprise.
The new plans mean Cubans will be able to start their own businesses and take on employees.
They come after Cubans were told less than two weeks ago that one million people were being made redundant from their state jobs.
