Guidelines
If you do not want an Email that you send to us through DC Comics Online to be published, simply identify it as "Not for publication" and we will respect your wishes. Please understand that we cannot respond to all Email that we receive.
Please note that we may use your screen name and other information from your User Profile whenever we publish material that you place online.
If you think you've created the greatest super hero since Superman or otherwise think a career in comics is for you, DO NOT send us samples of your work through DC Comics Online. If you do, DC will not be responsible for similarities between your submissions and any work later published by DC. Instead, please follow the standard postal procedures set forth in the Submissions Guidelines page.
Subject to the guidelines above, DC Comics Online shall have the right to reproduce, and use any notes, messages/bulletin board postings, and all other materials that you may submit to DC Comics Online in any manner, including use for promotional and advertising purposes.
