Strand acquires rights to 'Feed the Fish'Ensemble comedy stars Tony Shalhoub

Strand Releasing has acquired U.S. rights to Michael Matzdorff's
ensemble comedy, "Feed the Fish," starring Ross Patridge and Tony
Shalhoub.
Matzdorff served as writer, director, producer and editor on the feature, which follows a burned-out children's book writer who goes on a road trip to northern Wisconsin. He self-distributed the film in three cities -- Madison, Sturgeon Bay and Mineral Point, Wisc. -- before Strand stepped in with a deal negotiated by Strand's Jon Gerrans and Todd Williams of Upload Films.
