Young talent


G.V.S.Dilip Chandra a student of Std.III was given the `Balaratna Puraskar' award for the year 2002-2003 for his excellent skill in painting, in a special function on Saturday at Kalabharati.

Earlier he has bagged many prizes both at the State and Central level competitions that include a few gold medals.
