Report: Kanye West's Car Crashes into House

A resident of the street where the accident took place, Chris Cooper told local ABC news affiliate KITV that he heard a loud noise and was shaken out of his bed at 4 o'clock in the morning on Sunday.

He told the news channel, "Just a tremendous crash. As if a small building were coming down. ... I looked over here and saw the car impaled in the garage."

Honolulu police told KITV that the Porsche Panamera that was found at the scene of the accident was registered to West and that it failed to make a right turn.

According to KITV, West was not on the island at the time of the crash, but the rapper's cousin has permission to drive the Porsche. Witnesses told police they saw three men running from the scene after the crash.
