Talking more about sex helps

been shy to talk about sex. Now that I'm with a steady partner (we've been dating over two years), I find this is becoming a problem. When we were first dating, I never felt like we needed to talk about sex because it was great and everything seemed easy. But lately I've been feeling less satisfied about our sex life and I don't know how to talk about it. Is there anyway for someone to learn to talk about sex?
