The Pacific Highway has made Holland Park West an easy commute to the CBD and turned what was once a great first-home location into prime real estate.

There's a busway station making the commute to the city even easier. There are plentiful schools and the hilly streets offer some great city views.

While Holland Park West doesn't have a shopping centre of its own, it is close to Mt Gravatt. Logan Road runs through the suburb and it's only a short trip to the city, Carindale or Garden City.

Steve says: It's close enough to major shopping centres, without being too close. It's close to the busway, Gabba, CBD. Very nice outlooks onto the city with established trees resulting in a leafy environment. Combined with a low crime rate, the suburb is the perfect place to raise my young family.
