Welcome to Enoggera

House in Enoggera

A suburb in Brisbane’s north west, Enoggera is best known for one of Australia’s largest army barracks.

Enoggera has always played an important role in Brisbane's development with the Enoggera Reservoir and major transport routes.

The busy intersection of Wardell Street and Samford Road connects the city to the western and northern suburbs and from 1949 to 1968 a tram line operated between Newmarket and Enoggera.

Enoggera is only a short drive away from Brookside Shopping Centre at Mitchelton and within easy reach of Ferny Grove and rural Samford in the west. It's also close to the northern suburbs leading up the coast.

Michael says: Enoggera is the place to live! We are a short distance to the Kedron Brook bicycle and walking track. Just down the road from us is the Enoggera Train Station and Bus Depot. Brookside Shopping Centre is nearby. We love the heated pool and squash centre just up the road and we're only 10 minutes from the city!
