FROM CASUAL wear to couture... By the Vine has come up with a brand new selection for Diwali. On October 17, Sabyasachi will present a limited collection, the highlights of which are — intricate detailing and antique embroidery with a touch of the contemporary. Sabyasachi, whose creations won appreciation at the recent Lakme India Fashion Week, is displaying his collection for the first time in Chennai.
The focus of the Bandhej collection is knits for the season. Ethnic, Indo-western and western attire have been translated into statements of class. The Bandhej collection will be showcased at By the Vine on October 21.
On 28 October, Rohini Puri will present a range of ethnic and western wear in riotous colours of the festive season. There's a dash of glitter too to enhance the outfits. Prices are in the range of Rs.1250 and Rs. 2,500.
