Opposition MPs want hearings on G20 security

Police penned in hundreds of protesters at the corner of Spadina Avenue and Queen Street in Toronto and made many arrests despite no violence, during the G20 Summit, Sunday June 27, 2010.

Opposition MPs vowed on Monday to continue their efforts to hold hearings on G20 security issues after their attempt was stymied by Conservative MPs at a special meeting of the public safety and national security committee.
