(07-01) 11:24 PDT SAN FRANCISCO -- The woman killed in a fiery wreck on the Bay Bridge early Wednesday was identified today as 28-year-old Clara Cisneroz of San Francisco.

Cisneroz was pronounced dead at the scene after her eastbound Volvo rammed the back of a recycling truck and burst into flames in the Yerba Buena Island tunnel shortly before 3:50 a.m., said Officer Herman Quon of the California Highway Patrol.

Witnesses told the CHP that the Volvo had been going about 100 mph when it hit the truck.

The truck driver, who was not hurt, estimated he had been traveling about 40 mph, Quon said.

The crash closed all eastbound lanes of the bridge for 40 minutes.
