Few restaurants generated the buzz of this stylish place that Michael Mina opened in 2009. The concept reflects the passion of wine director and partner Rajat Parr and chef Jason Berthold. The name comes from the highway that runs through Burgundy, so it's not difficult to guess the theme here. Wine informs every aspect of the beautifully designed restaurant that looks vaguely like a European train station, with metal struts overhead and a series of elongated gold and red lights. The electronic board at one end continually flips to reveal the last-of-the-lot wine bargains. The bar, which stays open later, is a prime after-theater stop.
