Cooking great food in a resort where the kitchen prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner is a challenge, but Brandon Sharp has defied the odds. He's created a lunch and dinner menu that cleverly covers all the bases, dividing the appetizers and entrees into two rows: "healthy, lighter dishes to nourish your soul" and "hearty cuisine to comfort your body." His eclectic menu goes from dining room to poolside patio and bar. The interior has a modern barnlike feel with a fireplace along one wall; the outdoor patio is the place to be in warm weather, and they'll even provide a water bowl should you bring your dog.
Specialties: Fresh-baked sea salt flatbread with various toppings; pork cheek tacos; poached egg with wild mushroom and house-cured lardo; pig served two ways.
