The realtime computer system detected and located seven small earthquakes in the Long Valley caldera region since the last update at 8:20 AM on the 11th. Two had magnitudes of M=2.0. The others were below magnitude 2.

The realtime computer system detected and located five small earthquakes in the Long Valley caldera region since the last update at 10:00 AM on the 12th. All five had magnitudes of M<2.0.

The realtime computer system detected and located two small earthquakes in the Long Valley caldera region since the last update at 8:00 AM on the 13th. Both events were located in the Sierra Nevada range and had magnitudes of M<2.0.

Updated at 9:00 AM (PDT) on Thursday, September 15, 2005:

The realtime computer system detected and located one small earthquake in the Long Valley caldera region since the last update at 8:00 AM on the 14th. The event was located in the Sierra Nevada range and had a magnitude of M=1.5.

Elsewhere in the region, a magnitude M=2.5 earthquake occurred at 8:45 AM today in the town of Bishop, CA.

The realtime computer system detected and located three small earthquakes in the Long Valley caldera region since the last update at 9:00 AM on the 15th. All of the events were located in the Sierra Nevada range to the south of the caldera. The largest event was a magnitude M=2.5; the others were below 2.0.

The realtime computer system detected and located six small earthquakes in the Long Valley caldera region since the last update at 8:00 AM on the 16th. Five of the events were located in the Sierra Nevada range to the south of the caldera and had magnitudes of M<2.0. The other event was a magnitude M=2.0 located beneath the west flank of Mammoth Mountain.
