Jesse James' former stepmother has taken aim at Sandra Bullock's estranged husband after he alleged his father beat him as a child in a TV interview.

The TV mechanic opened up about the affairs that wrecked his marriage during an interview with Vicki Mabrey on Tuesday night, and during the candid "Nightline" chat he blamed his troubled childhood for contributing to his bad behavior as an adult.

James fought back tears as he described his turbulent relationship with his dad Larry and went on to accuse his father of beating him up and breaking his arm when he was just seven years old.

He said, "My whole childhood, I never had a chance to be a kid. I remember the clenched-teeth, strained-neck look on his face. He beat my a** pretty good a bunch of times. Football star, bike builder, 'Monster Garage' TV star -- all that stuff is a huge smokescreen, so people won't see that I'm a scared, abused kid, a seven year old.

"I remember my dad laughed when I hit the ground and called me a dummy. It wasn't getting the s**t beat out of me. ... It was the in-between time, the fear of that happening again. I was a terrorized kid. It's really tough for me to think about now, because ... (my daughter) Sunny's the age that I was …when my dad broke my arm."

Larry James denied the allegations in an email ABC News, and now his ex-wife, Janina James Coan, has stepped forward in his defense, branding the claims "a bunch of crap."

Coan, who began dating James, Sr. when Jesse was 6, reveals father and son fell out when the future star was a teenager, but she is "appalled" at the suggestion that her ex was an abusive dad.

She tells TMZ.com, "Larry was the most caring father, the kindest father who would do anything for anybody. He loved Jesse to death and would brag about him all the time."

Coan claims Jesse and his father became estranged when James, Sr. reported his son to the cops when he discovered he'd robbed a store with a friend. Coan says Jesse ended up in juvenile hall and was very upset that his dad turned him in.

Aaron Carter: 'Lindsay Lohan deserves her punishment'

Aaron Carter is pleased Lindsay Lohan has been strapped with an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet, insisting his ex-girlfriend "deserves" the punishment.

The actress has been forbidden from leaving California and must now wear the device, which alerts authorities if she consumes alcohol, after a judge ordered her to refrain from drinking or taking illegal drugs for the foreseeable future.

The sentencing stems from a 2007 arrest during a turbulent period of the actress' life which saw her detained several times on driving under the influence charges and accused of taking three men hostage during a drunken drive through Malibu, Calif.

And pop star Carter, who dated Lohan in 2002, wholeheartedly approves of the judge's ruling, insisting "an example" should be made of his former lover.

He tells OKMagazine.com, "It hurts me to see that. I hope she can really learn something from this. They are going to make an example of you now, Lindsay, and you deserve it.

"You don't get in the car with two people and go chasing after your assistant going a hundred miles an hour down PCH (Pacific Coast Highway)."

And Carter -- younger brother of Backstreet Boys star Nick -- has also voiced his support for Lohan's estranged dad Michael, branding him a "very good man."

He adds, "Michael Lohan is a very good man. He was thrown under the bus very bad by that family. It takes a man to keep a family strong sometimes. I would go and find her dad. I wouldn't even care about finding her mother."

Gisele Bundchen's wedding shooting lawsuit dismissed

A New York judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed against supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her husband Tom Brady over an alleged shooting incident at the couple's Costa Rica wedding.

Paparazzi photographers Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles sued the stars in September after claiming bodyguards had shot at them, shattering the rear window of their vehicle, as they attempted to take unauthorized pictures of the ceremony, which took place last April.

Members of Brady's security team spotted the snappers and demanded they hand over their cameras, but the pair attempted to make a fast escape by jumping into a sports utility vehicle, prompting the guards to open fire.

Cortez and Aviles, both citizens of Costa Rica, accused Bundchen and Brady of negligence in hiring and training the security team and filed papers in a New York court, demanding more than $1 million in damages.

But New York State Supreme Court Justice Judith Gische dismissed the case on Wednesday, saying there was no reason for the lawsuit to be tried in the U.S.

Gische says, "This complaint must otherwise be dismissed because the court does not have personal jurisdiction over either of the defendants. Costa Rica is a substantially more convenient forum for the parties' disputes than New York."

Nicolas Cage hit with another tax bill

Nicolas Cage's financial woes are stacking up -- he has been hit with a demand for allegedly unpaid taxes owed to the state of California.

The actor has been named in several tax claims recently, with the Internal Revenue Service making a $6.2 million demand in August in relation to allegedly unpaid taxes in 2007.

Cage is also facing other claims of unpaid tax related to his earnings between 2002 and 2004, and he was accused of defaulting on a $2 million loan in October.

Now California authorities are chasing the star for a further $3.8 million in delinquent taxes, according to the Detroit News.

The lien was filed against Cage and his wife Alice in Los Angeles on April 14 but a spokesperson insists Cage has already made plans to pay back the debt.

His representative says, "All entities are aware that this is in process and, from my understanding, all the parties are satisfied that everything will be paid back. Nicolas is doing everything that he needs to do to get these monies owed paid back."

The actor blamed financial mismanagement for his money woes and is currently embroiled in a legal wrangle with his former business manager Samuel Levin.

Sarah Jessica Parker: 'I will never leave New York'

Sarah Jessica Parker will never leave New York despite struggling to find space in her packed home.

The actress has lived in the Big Apple since her family relocated from Cincinnati after she landed her first role on Broadway as a child.

And Parker can never imagine moving away from the bustling metropolis -- even though it would mean more room for her husband and three children.

She says, "I will never live anywhere else than New York because I just simply cannot leave the heartbeat of the city. I cannot do it.

"We have no space in our house in Manhattan. We're bursting at the seams. I know there are homes with more than two or three bedrooms in the suburbs, but I just couldn't move there, even to get extra room. I love New York too much."

Bret Michaels wants another baby?

Rocker Bret Michaels wants to make the most of his second chance at life by having another child with his girlfriend, Kristi Gibson.

The Poison front man is recovering from a triple health crisis, which saw him suffer a mild stroke last week and diagnosed with a hole in the heart, just as he was bouncing back from a near-fatal brain hemorrhage.

Michaels' brush with death has made him rethink his priorities in life and put family first. He recently revealed he was contemplating marrying Gibson, the mother of his two daughters, and now wants to cement their love with a new baby.

A source tells the National Enquirer, "He realizes now the most important thing is Kristi and his girls -- and he wants to add to that family now. He wants a little boy."

Michaels reportedly told a pal, "It would be so amazing to have a son -- a little rocker dude! I know my girls would love a little brother."

The couple shares daughters Raine, 9, and Jorja, 5.

Tom Cruise happy he forgave his father

Tom Cruise is glad he mended his broken relationship with his father before his death because he didn't want to "live in blame and regret."

The Hollywood actor endured a turbulent childhood and has previously accused his dad, Thomas Cruise Mapother III, of being a "bully" before his mother walked out on him and took the star, then aged 12, and his sisters with her.

Cruise was estranged from his father for many years, and had gone a full decade without seeing him when he discovered his dad was dying in hospital in the early 1980s.

The actor decided to make up with his father and visit him in hospital -- and the meeting gave them both the chance to put the past behind them.

Cruise tells Esquire magazine, "I hadn't seen my father in about 10 years. I found out he was dying, and I went to see him in the hospital. He knew ... that he'd blown it. There was deep regret. I think he was torturing himself. We tend to do that. All I could do was tell him, 'Look, it's okay.' I wasn't going to live in blame and regret."

British model tipped to replace Megan Fox in 'Transformers'

British model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has been tipped to take over from Megan Fox in the third "Transformers" movie.

The Victoria's Secret beauty, who has no previous acting experience, reportedly auditioned for the role last Friday and is now the favorite to replace Fox, who starred in the first two blockbusters but opted out of a third installment.

Huntington-Whiteley, 23, is said to be leading a shortlist of three potential stars, including "The House Bunny's" Sarah Wright and "Sports Illustrated" model-turned-actress Brooklyn Decker, according to Deadline.com.

Production on the action sequel began on May 17 in Los Angeles and the leading actress is slated to begin shooting scenes with the franchise's male star Shia LaBeouf next month.

Other young actresses who have been linked to the project include Heroes' Hayden Panettiere, Australian model Miranda Kerr, and "Twilight" star Ashley Greene.

Hulk Hogan sues over cereal ads

Hulk Hogan is suing the makers of a breakfast cereal, accusing bosses of using his image in their Cocoa Pebbles commercials without his consent.

The celebrity wrestler has filed suit against Post Foods executives over their Cocoa Smashdown TV ads, in which an animated character resembling Hogan defeats Fred Flintstone in the ring -- only to be beaten by "The Flintstones" infant character Bamm-Bamm Rubble.

The lawsuit alleges Hogan "is shown humiliated and cracked into pieces with broken teeth, with the closing banner, 'Little Pieces ... Big Taste!'"

Hogan, who is now selling his own Hulkster food products, claims he has been harmed by "the unauthorized and degrading depictions in the Cocoa Smashdown advertisements," reports TBO.com.

Russell Brand vows to stay faithful to Katy Perry

British funnyman Russell Brand has vowed to remain faithful to Katy Perry after the two marry.

The "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" star is set to wed the "I Kissed A Girl" hit maker in October following a whirlwind romance.

Brand recently admitted he used to be so promiscuous he had a "team of experts" who would select women for him to have sex with, but the comic is adamant he has turned his back on his Lothario ways to become a monogamous married man.

He tells Britain's The Sun, "Yes, you have to be (faithful). That's one of the things about this institution of marriage. My wife recently explained to me, 'You must be faithful' and I don't have a problem with that. I'm really, really in love.

"There is certainly a compromise. You just can't maraud through life f**king whoever you'd like -- which is a shame, because I wish I actually could do that. That's the compromise."

Sophia Bush has dated Austin Nichols for four years

Sophia Bush has revealed she and her "One Tree Hill" co-star Austin Nichols have been dating for the last four years.

The actress was rumored to have started a relationship with Nichols last year after they were spotted being intimate at the Hollywood Style Awards in October.

But now Bush has opened up about the romance, admitting she and her beau actually started dating in 2006 -- two years before Nichols even started working on the TV drama.

And the star is smitten with the actor, who took a job on "One Tree Hill" in 2008 and moved to be closer to her.

She says, "We've been dating off and on for the past four years. I was pretty terrified. We had so many years of history prior to him coming to work on the show, and I think someone taking a job and moving their life across the country to show you how much they care is pretty much the most romantic gesture that a person could make."

Bush was briefly married to former "One Tree Hill" star Chad Michael Murray in 2005.
