Rachel Uchitel -- the pilgrim of Tiger Woods' mistresses -- is totally pissed off at reports that she tried to extort David Boreanaz and she's going to do something about it.
TMZ has learned ... Uchitel, who is in Mexico, is flying home today and plans to go on camera either tomorrow or Thursday to say she has "never extorted anyone" out of money.
We're told Uchitel had an affair with Boreanaz while his wife was pregnant, but she was not the woman who demanded a 6 figure settlement from him. As we first reported, Gloria Allred repped the woman and claimed Boreanaz deceived her by saying she was the only one. Boreanaz' lawyer, Marty Singer, calls the woman's demand for money extortion.
Sources tell TMZ ... Boreanaz was texting Rachel when his wife was giving birth last August.
And, TMZ broke the story Uchitel got $10 million from Tiger Woods in the wake of that scandal.
Of course, TMZ will cover what Uchitel has to say live.

Third time's a charm for Lindsay Lohan.
LiLo just arrived 22 minutes late for her deposition -- not bad considering she was out partying with her mother Dina Lohan until 2 AM.
Lindsay is being sued by passengers in a car who claim they were held hostage by LiLo during a crazy, drunken ride down Pacific Coast Highway in 2007.
Stay tuned...

There's a legal pissing contest erupting over TMZ's story yesterday, that attorney Gloria Allred tried to get a 6 figure settlement for a woman who had an affair with David Boreanaz. Now Allred is threatening to blow the lid off the affair, but Boreanaz' lawyer is calling it an extortion attempt.
Allred claims Boreanaz' lawyer -- legal pit bull Marty Singer -- tried contacting the mistress and only then did Allred get involved. Allred says, "We discussed the possible resolution of my client's legal claims against Mr. Boreanaz by mediation." Allred does not say what legal claims the mistress had.
But Singer was more than willing to tell TMZ about Allred's legal claim. He says Allred's claim was that Boreanaz had promised the mistress that she was "exclusive," even though she knew he was married.
As we first reported, the woman had a very short-term liaison with Boreanaz -- 2 or 3 times -- he paid her money but she allegedly kept demanding more, and then threatened to go to the media unless he upped the ante. Boreanaz told the story publicly yesterday, and shut down Allred's claim.
Now Allred says, "My client has not told her story to the press, but now that Mr. Boreanaz is attacking her she has decided to tell the story of their relationship, so that the truth will come out."
Singer tells TMZ, "On April 23, the woman left a very threatening message that she was going to the media, that my client had not given her enough money ... It is true I did leave a message for the woman because of the extortionist threat she left with my client. On Monday, I received a call from Gloria Allred and she told me the woman was looking to get paid at least 6 figures."

Keanu Reeves and Charlize Theron didn't just share a romantic dinner at a Beverly Hills restaurant last night -- they also shared a really intimate goodbye hug and kiss on the way out.
As the two walked out of Bouchon restaurant, the two locked in a really snug embrace and then tenderly swapped some cheek kisses.
It wasn't exactly a makeout session -- but it wasn't the way you'd send off your grandmother either.
UPDATE: More evidence -- when they hugged each other goodbye, Charlize's hands are clearly UNDER KEANU'S JACKET!
So we gotta ask ...

A respected member of the House of Representatives is finally taking a stand on an issue affecting the American people -- he thinks Ben Roethlisberger is an "idiot."
The Congressman making the statement is Rep. Tom Rooney (R -FL) -- who also happens to be the grandson of legendary Pittsburgh Steelers founder Art Rooney.
During a recent stop at a Florida high school, Tom was asked about his favorite football team -- to which he replied, "The
Steelers, I have no choice ... but our quarterback is still
an idiot."
How's that for politically correct?

God help anyone who uses a picture of Michael Jackson to hawk their products, because the licensee of MJ's image is going after some new companies with a vengeance.
Bravado International Group -- which markets all things Michael -- is suing T-Line Design, Inc. based in Oregon.
According to the federal suit, obtained by TMZ, T-Line is downright "defiant," sardonically writing a blog that says, "...it SUCKS TOTAL BOLLOCKS when people steal those creations..."
The suit seeks $750 for each image illegally used, as well as statutory damages of $150,000.
Bravado filed two other infringement suits today against two other companies for unauthorized MJ stuff.

Lindsay Lohan is clearly in a better place now that her mom is in town -- actually, it's the same ol' place ... the Chateau Marmont where mother/daughter partied until 2 AM today.
If Lindsay made a beeline for home, she might get 5 or 6 hours of sleep before her deposition this morning ... if she doesn't appear this morning it will be her 3rd no-show and she'll probably lose the case.
Lindsay is being sued by passengers in a car who claim they were held hostage by LiLo during a crazy, drunken ride down Pacific Coast Highway in 2007.
Dina Lohan flew with Lindsay from NYC to L.A. yesterday to make sure she showed up this AM. Right.

Jenna Jameson and one of her two boys with Tito Ortiz were rushed to the hospital in an ambulance last night around midnight -- after her son Journey began projectile vomiting and losing consciousness shortly after 11 PM.
TMZ spoke with Jenna, who told us
she was by herself when her son became sick -- and tells us she
thought the best course of action was to call 911 for an ambulance.
Jenna
tells us Journey was "hydrated" at the hospital -- and released a few
hours later. Jenna also says that doctors informed her that Journey is
most likely suffering from a stomach flu.

NBC is pissed at Conan O'Brien and claims he lied during his "60 Minutes" interview.
Network sources tell TMZ Conan was flat out wrong when he said NBC gave him the axe rather than Leno because Jay's buyout would have been bigger. Sources say the buyouts for Conan and Jay were roughly the same. TMZ broke the story Conan took home $32.5 million from his severance package with NBC.
And our network sources say Coco was just plain lying in response to Steve Kroft's question:
Kroft: "They said that the -- for the first time in history, 'The Tonight Show' was losing money."
Conan: "I don't see how that's, I honestly don't see how that's possible. It's really not possible. It isn't possible."
NBC sources say the show would not only have lost more than $5 million this year had they kept Conan on, but the loss was specifically discussed with Conan -- "They were well-informed of that fact," said one source.

The redheaded kid who was fake-executed in the new M.I.A. music video is paying a dear price for his fake death -- sources say Shakira's people 86'd his close-ups from her new project over the gruesome scene.
Sources tell TMZ Ian Hamrick -- the 12-year-old featured in M.I.A.'s "Born Free" -- was slated for a feature role in Shakira's new video for the song "Waka Waka" -- the official tune of the 2010 World Cup.
We're told Hamrick had already shot several scenes for the Shakira video -- but most of the footage featuring Ian ultimately hit the cutting room floor. As for why he got chopped out -- we're thinking producers don't want World Cup fans thinking about an execution while they're trying to enjoy Shakira.
Sources say Hamrick will still appear in the video .... but only in a crowd shot.
A rep for the production company tells TMZ they're still editing the video and as far as they know, "no extra is featured over another."

A magazine owned by Jesse James is being punished by an advertiser who's upset at Jesse's infidelity -- and claims he doesn't want his product to be affiliated with "someone like him."
TMZ has learned a man named D.A. Sebasstian was in negotiations to run an ad for his movie, "Rat Rod Rockers!" in Jesse's Garage Magazine earlier this year -- but pulled the plug right when he first learned that Jesse had cheated on Sandra Bullock ... because D.A. didn't feel that it was in his best interest to support a person like Jesse.
Sebasstian, a married father of two, tells TMZ, "Think of all those kids who were fans of his show, 'Monster Garage.' What do you tell them now -- when they had looked up to this guy as a seriously cool role model?"
As TMZ first reported, Jesse put the building that houses Garage Magazine up for sale last week. Coincidence?
We contacted Jesse's rep for comment -- so far, no reply.
