I forgot my password
First, make sure you are entering your username and password correctly. Both are case-sensitive (except the first character of your username).
If you entered and confirmed an email address when you created your account, you can have a new password sent to you using the "Email password" button on the login page.
Otherwise, you can create a different username with a new password.
Please note that the email help team has no access to user details, and cannot reset passwords or help if you have forgotten your account details.

Unfortunately we are unable to look up or find usernames, even if you give us your email address.
My email confirmation has expired
Have another confirmation sent to you by clicking on the button in the "my preferences" page.
After several tries, I can't get the email confirmation to work
