Jesse James Once Accused of Sexual Harassment
A former employee of West Coast Chopper filed a lawsuit against Jesse James back in April of 2000, accusing her boss of sexual harassment,
PEOPLE reports.
In the lawsuit, Deann McClung claimed that her boss made "sexually offensive contact with her breasts" and "did cause [her] to have sexually offensive contact with his sexual organ."
James then counter-sued McClung for fraud. In May of 2001, a judge dismissed both cases.
A lawyer told PEOPLE that a settlement was likely reached.
"It is unfortunate but many times despite the total lack of merit it becomes more expedient just to resolve the matter as opposed to going through the process. I believe that is what happened in that particular situation," a lawyer for the 'Monster Garage' star, who did not represent him at the time, says.
James is currently in the middle of an infidelity scandal. Four women have stepped forward claiming they had an affair with him. He is married to Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock.

Michelle "bombshell" describes James as a White Gorilla.
I met Jesse at a book signing some years back. I was an avid admirer. Now the book is in the garbage and his name bears the reputation of being yet another "law breaker". My thoughts go out to Sandra in this most bittersweet time in her life. As for Jesse....eat my dust and bug off!

Jesse James is an ugly mutt. But truth be told, I don't really feel too bad for her. Did she actually think that marrying something of that ilk was gonna bring lasting happiness? Sometimes I think that these "Hollywood types" get what they deserve! Better to stay single and play the field I think!

Well, he's no engineer, that's plain. He wanted to build a hovercraft on his show, and when a guy with engineering skills couldn't do what james wanted, he told him to get the f out. Nice. The guy should have sued james for that. I disagree with those of you who says she deserves it,if thats the case all of you who said it you deserve what you get too!!! Do you have jobs? If your spouses or girlfriends or boyfriends had affairs on you does that mean you deserve it because you have a job? Sandra has a job and just because its alot better than most of ours does NOT mean she deserves to be treated this way.
