Release the Kraken Update! (Reader Submissions)

Urlesque put out a noble call for readers to "RELEASE THE KRAKEN!" and you responded with some awesome photo mashups. Dangerous Krakens have been released all over the internet.

The recent release of mythological creatures also inspired a "Release the Kraken!" video from Gawker.TV featuring a persuasive Liam Neeson in sparkle-motion, unleashing classic clips. Feel free to leave more Krakens in the comments or email them to tips@urlesque.com.
