We assist IU Southeast students as they progress through their college experience. We offer the undecided student a variety of assessments to direct their selection of an academic major.

We encourage students to build on their academic work through diverse job experiences and internships and provide students with resources to prepare for professional employment or graduate school opportunities.

Career Services provides students and alumni with diverse opportunities for career exploration, career clarification, and professional growth. The office also provides employers access to a population of professionally-prepared students and alumni who seek internships and employment opportunities.

Career Tip of the Week

Network

This is something we all do. We ask others how they liked a movie, where they shop, did they eat at the new restaurant, etc. Ask others about their organizations and their careers. Find out what their typical day is like. Small conversations can open big doors.

Job Fairs on Campus

Learn how to prepare for a job fair, make the most of your 3 to 5 minutes, and follow up with employers.
