UPDATE: WB fire crews handle underground fire scene near downtown

UPDATE: Two PPL employees were transported to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center after an underground fire, Wilkes-Barre Fire Chief Jay Delaney said. One of the employees is severely injured. Officials did not release the men's names. For more information, please keep checking back with The Times Leader.More updates will be made as information becomes available.
