Alphabetic List of Journals Currently Indexed for AMED.
This page links to an alphabetic list of journal titles, plus the abbreviated
title used in the database, and it's ISSN (unique ID) where available. The publisher
ID is also listed in most cases, with fuller details in the publisher list.
Only journals currently indexed are included (the journals included in AMED
has varied over the years).
Indexing policy is to select content from these journals which is relevant
to complementary medicine, palliative care, or selected professions allied to
medicine. This will vary from most articles in a specialist journal (eg the
British Journal of Podiatry), to occasional articles from general journals (eg
the Lancet).
