Bob Curry has been the general manager at Barnes & Noble in Wilkes-Barre Township since the store opened in 1999. Born in Philadelphia, he has lived in Northeastern Pennsylvania for more than 40 years and resides in Drums with his wife, Elaine. They have two daughters, Rachel and Tierra. He graduated from Penn State University with a degree in English Literature and also studied business administration. Prior to his position at Barnes & Noble, he owned Book & Record Mart, City Video, and Wysocki’s Athletic Center, all in downtown Wilkes-Barre, as well as City Book Store in Hazleton.
