About NHPR

New Hampshire Public Radio's mission is very clear: To help create a more informed public, one challenged and enriched by a deeper understanding and appreciation of state, national and worldwide events, ideas and culture.

To that end, we offer the highest quality news and information and cultural programming that we can achieve within the limits of our resources. We do this through our broadcasts and through our web operations.

NHPR's Broadcast Facility

Thanks to the generosity of listeners, foundations and corporations from across the state, the station recently completed a $6.5 million capital campaign.

A challenge grant from the Kresge Foundation in the final phase of the campaign required a 4:1 match or $1 million - a challenge that was awarded and successfully met in the final six months of the campaign.

The new production and broadcast center in Concord's South End is a state-of-the-art facility using the highest technical standards. See photos of NHPR's broadcast facility
