Author Guidelines
Editorial Requirements for Supply Chain Management Review
Interested in contributing to Supply Chain Management Review? Here are guidelines for both magazine and online articles:
Feature articles appearing in the magazine must be 3,000-4,000 words in length, and have at least two(2) supporting exhibits to accompany them. Exhibits may be charts, graphs, or other descriptive graphics.
Columns appearing in the magazine must be 1,200-1,400 words in length and at least one(1) supporting exhibit is preferable. Currently, Supply Chain Management Review accepts submissions for the "Global Links" column, which focuses on global supply chain-related issues.
Our site also publishes "Web only" or "Web exclusive" content independent of the magazine. Stories typically run 1,200-1,400 words, but longer pieces are acceptable.
All contributors must send a preliminary cover letter, which briefly explains what the article will be about, all names, titles and e-mail addresses of authors, estimated length, and any supporting sources. Contributors may send this letter via e-mail to Editor Frank Quinn at fquinn@reedbusiness.com or Associate Editor Sean Murphy at sean.murphy@reedbusiness.com.
