Is Fear of Failure the Vibration You Feel Most Strongly?

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

Lyderhorn, one of the seven mountains.
Is Fear of Failure the Vibration You Feel Most Strongly?

Have you ever awakened in the middle of the night worrying about what if the clients don’t show up? Or what am I going to do if… Or maybe just felt that sense of, “What am I doing wrong? Why can’t I get a break?”

Can You Teach Your Clients Scripting Techniques To Visualize An Acre?

Silence Is Golden

Can You Teach Your Clients Scripting Techniques To Visualize An Acre?

As a Spiritual Life Coach your clients will learn from you how to visualize an acre so they can manifest what they want in life.

By creating new neuro pathways and shifting vibrational energy your clients will have less scattered energy throughout the day.  Instead they will have focused energy to help reach goals for the day easily.

I teach my students to use scripting as an energy road map to show themselves what is working for them and what is not.  This makes it easier to see the changes they should be making.

What Sales Negotiation Training Have You Done With Your Clients?

Saturday, August 29th, 2009

National Small Business Week Day 1 Ken Yancey ...

What Sales Negotiation Training Have You Done With Your Clients?

I have many corporate clients but whether they are corporate or small businesses, the sales negotiation training techniques are the same.  One company that I had worked with previously in other aspects wanted guidance in their procedure for sales negotiations.

The CEO was confident in his teams negotiation skills but felt that the previous training they had was out of step with the positive energy he wanted in the business.

People were picking up on the negative energy the sales team was giving off and it was making sales very difficult to close.

The CEO gave me a videotape of a negotiation so that I could see what was happening and the best way to change that. I saw that the words were correct but the body language was out of alignment.

What Are Your Clients Learning From You About Steps To Starting A Small Business?

Thursday, August 27th, 2009

The Steps, are Closed.

What Are Your Clients Learning From You About Steps To Starting A Small Business?

People often come to me for steps to starting a small business.  They know they want their own business but are not sure how to go about it.  As a coach, I am sure you have the same type of clients in your own practice.

You need to work with them on devising a plan and building a strong foundation to grow from.

Many people don’t realize how their beliefs and feelings affect their work.  These are two of the most important steps to starting a small business to have in place.

Make sure your clients understand that in order to have a successful business, they need to really understand their clients.  They need to know the base of the problem and also have the solution their clients are seeking.  This is how they will be successful.

When people can relate to you and understand that you really do care about helping them, not just earning some quick money, they will be doing business with you over and over again.

They also need to do research to make sure they have a marketable business that people are interested in. A lot of research can be done on forums and social networks.  It is extremely helpful to get your questions answered by people that have been where you want to go.

Copy is king.  Make sure your copy stands out in the crowd. Look in the copy that other companies are using and find words and phrases that you can use in your own copy.

Market both online and offline.  Do PR and promotional talks or events to get yourself known.  Once people start to work with you and trust you they will refer more business your way.

What Fear Do You Know…Need Tips on Public Speaking?

What Fear Do You Know…Need Tips on Public Speaking?

I was surprised to find that fear of public speaking ranks higher than fear of death…aren’t you?

Do you have clients that come to you for tips on public speaking?  Do you need help yourself?  I have worked with many different people to help them get over their fear.

One of my clients in particular had great information that could help a lot of people but he was just too terrified to speak in public and didn’t know how else to get his information out in the world.

I found out that this fear stemmed from a report he had to give in fifth grade.  Something went wrong with the report and the poor guy became the laughingstock of the class.  This held him back from wanting to speak in public again.

Do Your Clients Follow the Correct Steps To Quit A Job?

Do Your Clients Follow the Correct Steps to Quit A Job?

Many of my clients come to me because they are miserable in the work they are doing and are not really sure how to go about finding something new that they will enjoy.  They often ask if there are correct steps to quit a job.

Yes, there are.  I recently had a coaching student, Leslie, that was in a position for work that she just could not stand.  She would get up each morning with  a knot in her stomach just at the thought of going to work that day.

When she came to me about this problem, she was so focused on the negative energy that she was just becoming more miserable each day that went by.

I explained to Leslie that by focusing on the negative, she was not allowing the positive to come through to her.   Instead of thinking about what she didn’t like at her current job she had to switch her focus to what she really wanted at her next job.

You need to teach your clients how to do energy work first to change their inner alignment so that they can then begin to see the changes in their outer world. Read the rest of this entry »

Do You Have The Tools You Need In Your Quest To Starting Your Own Business?

Friday, August 21st, 2009

Dave's Bike Tools

Do you really want to get your coaching business off the ground but are stuck in starting your own business and getting clients to sign on with you?

I recently had a conversation with  a woman I met at a football game.  She had recently lost her job due to company downsizing and was telling me how excited she was about it.

She had not enjoyed her job in quite a while and had been considering starting her own business doing something she loved and was passionate about.

I began asking questions about what excited and intrigued her.  As we talked, I realized that she was in a personal growth awakening stage.

I could tell she was very guarded because she didn’t want me to think she was crazy with her new beliefs. She hesitantly told me that she was learning that what you feel changes your outlook.
