Because of the volume of mail received, it is not always possible for our staff to reply to every message, electronic and otherwise. Most of our on-air staff and producers can also be reached by sending e-mail to their name (first and last name with no spaces in between and no apostrophes) followed by the "at" symbol and wgnradio.com. In order to cut down on the large number of "spam" messages we are receiving, we have had to remove the actual e-mail addresses from our website to prevent automated systems from "harvesting" the addresses. We regret this inconvenience.

Some e-mail, especially messages containing attachments, may not be opened due to concerns over computer viruses. Under normal circumstances, wgnradio.com e-mail addresses are only used for mail sent TO WGN Radio. Mail sent FROM WGN Radio will usually come from another domain, with the exception of auto-replies, messages related to online contests, and and our e-newsletters (including SpikeMail, Kathy & Judy's GirlfriendGram, and the Extension 720 Monthly Program Guide). If you receive mail from a wgnradio.com address other than an auto-reply to a message you have recently sent, a contest you have entered or a newsletter you've subscribed to, it is almost certainly not from us. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you may want to add "newsletters" followed by the "at" symbol and "wgnradio.com" to your address book.
