2009 hadn't yet left when I heard what will be one of 2010's best albums—at least on my list. Troast, an insightful singer from little Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, writes irresistible songs that carry whimsy, warmth, and weight, tunes sure to bring a smile to any listener who's paying attention. This CD was based on his experiences of playing 100 living room concerts in 100 days in 2009, crisscrossing the U.S. while playing in a different home every night. It's the ultimate road trip album. I just looked for the CD on Zune. Not there.....durn! "Can't have everything....where would you put it all"......Steven Wright

I have every one of Jon's CDs and have heard him live and in person as well. He has a gentle and fun spirit that shines in his music. Give yourself a gift - give Jon a listen!

I have been listening to Jon Troast since he first got into music. Do yourself a favor; get all of his albums, and buy the whole album. Troast is excellent at the lost art of creating an entire album and not simply putting ten disconnected songs on a CD.
