Dallas duo falls short in D2 championship

Al Marchese watched Scranton Prep teammates Tim McGurrin and Evan Bolus win the District 2-4 Class 2A boys tennis doubles tournament and immediately thought of close friend and frequent playing partner Jeff DeSanto.

“When I watched our teammates win it last year I said, ‘That’s us next year,’ ” Marchese said.
