PSN gets first premium avatars

Sackboy avatars arrive for small fee
PSN has just received its first selection of premium avatars - that's the little picture that sits beside your PSN ID, in case you ignore it as much as we do.

For the small fee of 20p you can snap up a selection of new little pictures to use, and it's about time because the one bundled with the PS3 are pretty rubbish.

The first batch are all LittleBigPlanet-themed. Handily, there doesn't appear to be a category set out for them on the PS Store yet, so you can get to them either through the list of latest content or by searching for 'avatar' and skipping past all the results for that James Cameron game.

And yes, it is a slow news day. For obvious reasons.

You tell em Voodoo....

Only you and a handful of other immature Sony fanboys could possibly get excited by news like this.

Bore off.

You must live a sad life if you think that's showing excitement.

Each time the TV turns on, it's party time in his household. The party poppers come out, the animals cower under the table and vases get broken. Grow up, you twat.
