Kim and I took a tour with Planet Dolphin Tours on one of their catamarans based out of Quepos. Unfortunately we didn't get to see any dolphins on the trip, but still had a good time anyway with the other people on the boat. The meal and drinks were not bad either.  

Below are pictures Kim took during our trip to Manual Antonio. In some of the pictures you get to play find the animal/reptile ;) We saw monkeys, iguanas, chameleons, birds and the three toed sloth all in the wild. The beaches were absolutely amazing as well.  

Yesterday we went on a tour to see the pacific coast at Punta Leona which is about 2.0 hours from San Jose. Today we went rafting on the Pacuare River which is on the Caribbean side of the country. Neither of us had been rafting before. Yesterday we visited the Arenal Volcano and associated hot springs which are located about 2.5 hours from San Jose via bus. The area at the base of the volcano where the hot springs are located was very beautiful and the springs themselves were great to sit in even though the day was pretty warm. ... [More]

We started our honeymoon yesterday in Costa Rica by going on a canopy tour (zip lining) through some of the rain forest located about 1.5 hours from San Jose. I'm not much on heights, (I know, I fly airplanes) but the experience was worth the occasional shaky legs. We both had a great time.   ... [More]
