The Killers' Brandon Flowers is set to go solo, according to reports. Although details are scant (and currently unconfirmed), gossip site Holy Moly says that with The Killers having no plans to release a new album any time soon, the singer is looking into releasing his own material away from the band (Holy Moly).

Lady GaGa originally wanted to deck out the stage for her forthcoming appearance on 'The X Factor' with lambs and hundreds of butterflies, though bosses said the animals would be too difficult to control (Daily Mirror).
