5th Cell up for Scribblenauts Wii

Technical director drops hints
A Wii version of seminal DS puzzler, Scribblenauts could be on the cards if comments made by the game's technical director, Marius Fahlbusch, are anything to go by.

Speaking in an interview with Official Nintendo Magazine, the 5th Cell man certainly wasn't adverse to the idea of bringing the franchise to Nintendo's home box.

"It certainly would be interesting to do the game for Wii... We're always looking to do something new something that hasn't been done before. We're going to continue on that path," he said.

This is almost certainly going to happen - we'd bet our office chairs on it.

Expecting a backlash - but I hated Scribblenauts. It was just so tricky to control the character. The idea was great - and maybe a Wii version will be more playable.

I really wanna play this!!

Don't have a DS, and althoguh it aint a lot, I know that I'm missing out on a few really good DSgames out there.

Thank god for NSMBW at least.

But bring Scribblenauts on the Wii, yes please!

Ingenious little game that had a few issues. A Wii version would be very welcome guys.
Personally, after several hours of play I had seen enough, but to see my two kids giggle and scream with glee was a sight to behold.
I take my hat off to any game that can provoke such reactions. Good stuff overall...
