After a hard day of gaming, the groups from the Counter-Strike tournament have determined the final 16 teams.
Over the past day, Thirty-Two teams of different nationalities have travelled to Sweden to play in one of the biggest eSport events. All the teams are at a good standard, most having to battle through a qualifier and others receiving direct invite due to their status in the gaming scene. Finally, the finally sixteen teams have been determined and will face each other tomorrow in a single elimination style play-off featuring best of three matches.
Final Sixteen Teams
Groups A and B Finalists:
American team Evil Geniuses have dominated their group, winning all their games. After only dropping eleven rounds, they have certainly set the standard for the tournament despite one of their key players retiring earlier this month. The Americans are set to face TitaNs who have narrowly got through on round difference.

The French team Millenium have managed to win all their games and are set to face the runners up of group A, wooSai. The Finnish team had to play the American team Evil Geniuses first, where they lost but managed to win the next two games and build up some confidence.

They're set to face Danish powerhouse mTw who lost their first group game again Coldfrag. The Danes are currently using a replacement due to world famed AWPer Christoffer 'Sunde' Sunde is taking a two month brake from the game.
