Flying Squirrel Plush Toy

Last week, our coworkers' parents (both of whom are reserved, academic types) were awakened at 4am by a flying squirrel in their bedroom. The mental image of them trying to rid their house of a flying squirrel had us laughing all day. (They eventually trapped it in a bathroom and had someone come rescue it.) Ratatouille Toys

Ratatouille ("rat-a-too-ee"), the latest Pixar movie, comes out on Friday. Set in Paris, the movie stars a rat named Remy, a "foodie" who desperately wants to be a chef. Since rats aren't exactly welcome in kitchens, Remy teams up with a restaurant's garbage boy in order to realize his dreams. Grad the Dog

Hard bleachers, long speeches, and awkward family get-togethers. Graduation season has started. And while we're thrilled that so many friends and family members are finally finishing the 8th grade, we can't afford to buy them all expensive gifts. Elmo T.M.X.

We love how prices come down after Christmas. Case in point: TMX Elmo, who was going for hundreds of dollars on eBay before the holidays, but is back to his proper $50 price point - just in time for kids with January birthdays.
