Muse to return to Wembley Stadium next summer – ticket details

Plus band set for Manchester mega gig

Muse have announced details of two UK stadium shows for 2010 – at Lancashire County Cricket Ground on September 4 and London Wembley Stadium on September 11.

The band were one of the first acts to play the rebuilt home of English football when it reopened in 2007.

"We never thought we'd ever be big enough to play it when we were kids," bassist Chris Wolstenholme told NME.COM of the Wembley date. "It was an honour to play it last time, they were probably our best shows, so it was a no brainer to go back."

Tickets for the 2010 UK stadium shows go on sale next Friday (November 20) at 9am (GMT).

Muse are set to wrap up their UK arena tour tonight (November 13) at the London O2 Arena before heading to Europe for more live shows.

Based on last nights o2 gig compared to V Festival i won't be watching MUSE outdoor again. Last ngiht was epic, last year was so very dull.
