V - TV3 Ireland Pace

Hi folks,

I watched the first episode last night and loved it. It was balanced with getting to know the characters yet diving straight into the big story of why are they really here??

Did anymore of my Irish friends tune in?

Bailey from Party of Five is still looking hot mmmm

It was on TV3? Darn, can't believe I missed it!

Any word on a repeat?

Looks like I'm waiting on Sci Fi next year them!

(KA27 kicks himself for missing it. Repeatedly).

Well you could always just find Ep1 somewhere and then start watching from Ep2 next week.

I'm surprised other countries are following ABC's lead and splitting the show.

they need to start doing the same as the us now as we will just download them via the internet. Sky also split them like with Fringe, Bones and Lost so they don't lose viewers

I watched it on TV3 and LOVED it. Very fast pace ... if they continue like that, there's gonna happen a LOT.

Loved Elizabeth Mitchell.

Look forward to next Thursday...

Fast paced? I thought it was a bit boring really and full of those old American clichés. I remember the one from the 80's and even though it was from the 80's I thought it was better. I'll watch the next 3 anyway to see how it gets better. As always, I live in hope.

Yes I know but in this case the gap is not a few weeks but a few months after only 4 episodes and it's going to be just as likely that the large gap will lose TV3 viewers rather than gain them any.
It's this large gap which led Lost and 24 to start in Jan for an uninterrupted run because viewers were being lost between the two halves.

I'll expand my puzzlement to the ABC scheduling itself
