*The official 'this is it' Movie thread*

I know there's various threads etc about it, but i thought i'd make an official one as the others are various titbits.

I actually seem to get on with most of the MJ fans in this forum, so i'm sure there won't be a problem.

I personally cannot wait for the film, it looks good but i can also imagine it being quite sad.

Is there any idea on length and what will happen? I'm still wondering how it will pan out. I.e. is it a documentry style or just the rehearsals.

Have you read any of the posts about this film/DVD?

If you have not, that is your job today.

Its basically a documentary about Michael's last months. There will be rehearsal footage but if we want to see more we'll need to pay for the DVD when it comes out. Tickets are on sale Sept 27th. Need to make sure I'm at the computer the second they go on sale.

This is stupid. Why can't we just book thru the relevant cinemas. They always seem to make things harder than they really need to be

I hate Ticketmaster. I buy all my tickets from See including my TII ones. Never ever had a problem with See. Ticketmaster god knows how many times I have tried to buy tickets and always had difficulty.

Preview of the trailer that will air tomorrow night:

I cant help but get angry whilst watching this. Here he is singing and dancing and a few days later he's dead. This shouldn't be.

I know This is the first time i've ever used TM. I only used them because i got a few of the priority codes. I usually use either Ticketline or See... They have actually heard of decent customer service

Ooh, that looks intriguing. A few surprises in there by the looks of it. And he's wearing the gold pants...not that I like them, they just make me laugh

I reckon he read them as well. A bit unrelated byt there was an incident during the trial when Tom Sneddon thought that Michael was making posts, which you are not allowed to do, on the MJJF site and he made the owners life a living hell by sending supeona(sp) after supeona. The owner had to send back multiple forms confirming it was just a fan site.

Oh my God!

He was looking good and so was the show. And suddenly, he died. Seeing that has made me upset again.

The more I see and hear about the 02 concerts, the more I think these concerts were planned some time ago.

Maybe as far back as 2006.

it looks like he may have also been on the mjfc sight under the name, shadow dancer, michaels dogs name was shadow, and from the way this poster was speaking it pretty much sounded like michael did post online, it would be his only way to be part of a commumity while still being annoymous. i'll see if the person who posted the replies from shadow if i can post them on here.

Yes,someone posted her PMs from shadow dancer recently. It does sound very much like Michael. Sadly I wasn't a member back then

After watching the full trailer, his comeback concerts would have been awesome! He looked in fine form - signing, dancing and some beat boxing too.

After all these reports of his ill health, state of mind, not being able to perform etc. - well that trailer showed MJ still had IT!
