Jon Gosselin's on-off girlfriend Hailey Glassman and Michael Lohan could reportedly be subpoenaed by TLC as part of its breach of contract lawsuit against the reality star.
According to People, Glassman and the father of Lindsay Lohan are among the primary witnesses that the network wants to depose.
Glassman began dating Gosselin after his split from wife Kate, while Lohan has spoken out about plans to launch a new reality series with the father-of-eight.
Gosselin's lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt and talent representative Matthew Kirschner could also be deposed.
TLC sued the 32-year-old in October for reportedly making paid and unpaid television appearances without TLC's permission.
Heller had called the lawsuit "baseless" and alleged that the network "exploited, manipulated and abused" the family's "vulnerability and financial hardship".
Glassman and Lohan have yet to respond to the reports.
