A sex tape showing Colin Farrell having sex with Playboy model Nicole Narain has allegedly been delivered to the family of his girlfriend Alicja Bachleda.
The Irish actor, who recently had son Henry with Bachleda, apparently won a court injunction to stop the tape being sold, distributed or displayed in 2005.
A friend of the actor told Bang Showbiz: "Colin hoped he'd seen the last of the tape. Him and Alicja are desperate to find out who sent it."
They added: "Alicja's parents in Poland met Colin and liked him a lot. But they are Catholic and very old fashioned."
Farrell has previously said that he had "learned his lesson" about letting home videos get into the wrong hands.
