Twitterberry is also good and if you use these it doesn't cost you anything..if you have unlimited data of course on your mobile

I've got a Windows Mobile Device, so I use TinyTwitter on that, and I can use my data tarrif rather than sending/receiving the expensive SMS's. Tweetdeck is an Air based Desktop app, but its got a REALLY nice interface.
