Buffy the Vampire Slayer's Charisma Carpenter is to guest on a forthcoming episode of Legend of the Seeker.
The 39-year-old actress is best known for her role as Coredlia Chase on Buffy and its spinoff Angel. She will play warrior Triana in the Sam Raimi-produced Seeker, reports Entertainment Weekly.
Carpenter has previously guest starred on CSI, Greek and Veronica Mars.
She will make her first appearance in Seeker's season two premiere, airing November 7.
